Redemption Instructions

1. Open the Zomato app and sign in to your account.

3. Proceed to checkout and review your order.
4. Select the option to apply a gift card or voucher.
5. Enter the gift card code and apply it to your order.
6. The gift card value will be deducted from the payable amount.
7. Complete the payment for any remaining balance using an available payment method.
8. Place your order and enjoy your meal.

Terms and Conditions

1. This gift card can be redeemed only on the Zomato platform through the mobile application or website.
2. The gift card is valid for a limited period from the date of issuance and cannot be extended after expiry.
3. The gift card is redeemable only for eligible purchases on Zomato and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. If the order value exceeds the available gift card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.
5. Any unused balance will remain available for future transactions until the gift card expires.
6. The gift card cannot be reloaded, refunded, resold, or transferred for value.
7. Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of the gift card will not be replaced or reimbursed.
8. Zomato reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, suspend, or discontinue the gift card program at its discretion.
9. Any refund arising from order cancellation will be processed in accordance with Zomato’s prevailing refund policy.
10. Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of all applicable Zomato terms and policies.
