1. Introduction
This Payment and Wallet Policy (“Policy”) explains how payments are processed, how wallet balances (if applicable) are managed, and what rules apply when users purchase gift cards on SquareCards (“Platform”).
By completing any payment or using wallet features, you agree to this Policy.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We support a variety of secure payment options on SquareCards, including:
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Online banking
- UPI / instant payment methods
- Digital wallets
- Payment service providers integrated with the Platform
3. Payment Processing
- All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
- Once payment is confirmed, the order will be processed for delivery.
- Users are responsible for ensuring payment details are complete and accurate.
- In case of payment failure, users may attempt the transaction again.
4. Wallet Feature (If Applicable)
If SquareCards provides a digital wallet (“Wallet”), the following terms apply:
4.1 Wallet Balance
- Wallet balances are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and non-redeemable for cash.
- Wallet credits may come from refunds, promotions, or service adjustments.
4.2 Wallet Usage
- Wallet balance can be used only for purchasing gift cards on the Platform.
- Wallet balance cannot be used to buy other wallet credits or prepaid instruments.
- If the wallet balance is insufficient, users must pay the remaining amount through other supported payment methods.
4.3 Wallet Restrictions
- Wallet misuse or fraudulent activity may result in suspension of wallet privileges.
- Wallet balance validity may be time-limited based on promotional rules or regulatory requirements.
5. Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment:
- Order details and invoices will be accessible within the user’s account.
- Digital gift cards will be delivered according to the delivery timeline stated on the Platform.
6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Adjustments
6.1 Gift Card Purchases
- Payments for successfully delivered gift cards are final.
- No cancellations or refunds are allowed once the gift card is issued.
- We do not provide refunds for accidental purchases, incorrect selections, or change-of-mind requests.
6.2 Refund to Wallet
- In specific cases where refunds cannot be credited back to the original payment method, the amount may be added to the user’s Wallet.
- Wallet refunds cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash.
7. Payment Security
We implement strong security measures, including:
- Secure encryption
- Tokenization (where applicable)
- Fraud monitoring
- Regular audits of payment systems
Users must also protect their account credentials and avoid sharing payment information.
8. Disputed Transactions
Users should report disputed or unauthorized transactions immediately.
We will assist in investigating the issue, but certain cases may require coordination with:

Resolution timelines depend on the complexity of each case.

SquareCards reserves the right to modify or update this Payment and Wallet Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on https://battesqauare.in, and continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
