Redemption Instructions

Redeeming your gift card is only possible on our app at the moment, the entire redemption process is super-easy and hassle-free. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do it:
Download the Cult.fit app from Google Play store and Apple App Store and log in to your account. Directly login if the App already exists.
Navigate to the “Referral, Vouchers and Gift Cards” section on our app inside the user profile and select the “Redeem Gift Card” option there.
Enter the unique code provided with your gift card.
Once the code has been verified, the value of the gift card will be added to your Gift card balance on our platform.
You can now use the Gift Card balance as a mode of payment during checkout for any product or service offered by cult.fit or cult.sport across App and Website.
It’s important to note that the value of the gift card can only be added to your Gift Card Balance on our app (Android and iOS), and Gift Card Balance can be used during checkout on both App and Website. The Gift Card Balance cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account.

Every EGC has a unique code. To redeem the E-Gift Card, enter this code in your shopping cart.
Both EGC and credit card may be used to pay for your order. If both are used, we will charge the gift card first and the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.
In cases where the order is cancelled, the Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source Gift Card
Single E-Gift Card value can be redeemed in multiple purchases.
Multiple GCs cannot be applied for a single order
Unused E-Gift Card may not be redeemed for cash.
E-Gift Card are not replaceable if lost, stolen or expired.
E-Gift Card can be redeemed within a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
E-Gift Card may only be redeemed for orders shipped in India.
E-Gift Card cannot be purchased through Cheque/Cash on Delivery.
E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 48-72 hours.
