Redemption Instructions

1. Visit any participating Apple Premium Partner, Apple Premium Reseller, or Apple Authorised Reseller store.
2. Find your nearest store at https://apr-store-locator.razorpay.com/.
3. Request the store cashier to initiate payment using the Apple Premium Reseller Gift Voucher.
4. The cashier will generate a payment link and share it via SMS or email.
5. Open the payment link to access Razorpay Checkout.
6. Select the “Pay by Gift Card” option.
7. Enter the gift voucher number and PIN.
8. Complete the payment using the available gift voucher balance.
9. Pay any remaining amount, if applicable, using another payment method accepted at the store.

Terms and Conditions

1. This gift voucher is accepted only at participating Apple Premium Partner, Apple Premium Reseller, and Apple Authorised Reseller stores in India.

3. The voucher can be used for eligible products only and cannot be redeemed at service centres, the App Store, or any online platform.
4. Clearance sale items and open-box devices are excluded from voucher redemption.
5. There is no limit on the number of gift vouchers that can be redeemed in a single invoice.
6. Partial redemption is allowed and the remaining balance can be used for future purchases until expiry.
7. The voucher may be redeemed across multiple participating stores.
8. Customers availing bank cashback offers must meet the applicable minimum card payment requirements.
9. This gift voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
10. If a voucher is blocked due to a technical issue, it will become usable after 72 hours.
11. In case of order cancellation, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original gift voucher.
12. Voucher validity is calculated from the original date of issuance and will not be extended due to usage or refunds.
13. This gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
14. If the purchase value exceeds the available voucher balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.
